The hotel is set in a calm area beside a lake, offering a very nice location. The rooms are very big and clean, albeit a bit too hot in summer, providing a quiet and clean atmosphere. The service, while friendly, had some communication challenges and a discriminative attitude towards non-German speakers. The dining experience was enjoyable with a wide selection of delicious food. The facilities met expectations, enhancing the overall stay experience.
